Data we collect

• Enquiry data you submit through our project form: name, email, company, phone, website, project details, budget range and timeline.
• Attribution data attached to enquiries: the page you submitted from, the landing page, referring website and campaign parameters (such as utm_source). This is stored in your browser session only until you submit a form.
• Analytics data, only if you accept analytics cookies: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser information, collected through Google Analytics.
• Technical data such as IP addresses in server logs, used for security and abuse prevention.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare proposals (legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps).
• To understand which content and campaigns are useful, when you have consented to analytics.
• To protect the website against spam and abuse (legitimate interest).

We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for automated decisions with legal effects.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us operate — for example hosting, email delivery, CRM and analytics providers — under contracts that require them to protect it. We may disclose data where required by law.

Retention

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact unless we enter into a contract, in which case they are kept as part of our business records. Analytics data is retained according to our analytics configuration.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and to object to processing or withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email hello@metevix.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
